At Grit & Grace we believe that meditation and yoga can create a space of healing. We are trained in natural horsemanship, meditation and yoga modalities. All of these disciplines are very compatible, and can come together in an organic way to promote health and wellness for both the participant and horse. The practice of meditation and yoga with horses is an emotional, mental and spiritual journey that can help people be rebalanced and restored, while strengthening the bond between humans and animals.
